Minimum Admission Criteria for *Louisiana High School Graduates

• Complete the Regents' Core Curriculum AND Need no more than one developmental (remedial) course AND one of the following three options:  2.0 cumulative GPA OR minimum ACT composite of 20 OR rank in the top 50% of the high school graduating class.

Minimum Admission Criteria for **Out-of-State High School Graduates & Home-School Graduates

• Complete the Regents' Core Curriculum AND Need no more than one developmental (remedial) course AND one of the following three options:   2.0 cumulative GPA OR minimum ACT composite of 20 OR rank in the top 50% of the high school graduating class.
• Minimum ACT composite of 20 AND 2.0 cumulative GPA AND Need no more than one developmental (remedial) course

• Minimum ACT composite of 23 AND Need no more than one developmental (remedial) course

*Louisiana high school graduates and seniors, please do NOT request transcripts from Louisiana high schools if you graduated 2003 or after.  We will obtain this information from the Student Transcript System (STS) for graduates beginning with the 2003 class to present.

**Out-of-state/home schooled high school graduates and seniors must request that official transcripts be sent to the Office of Admissions prior to graduation for provisional admission, as well as after graduation for full admission.
