Visiting Student Admission @ Northwestern State University

Thinking about taking a class for a semester or two at NSU to transfer back to your current institution? If so, here's what we will need from you!

Application for Admission and $20 Application Fee.
Proof of Immunization Compliance Form. (This is waived for internet-only students.)
Letter of Good Standing mailed or faxed directly from your current institution. Official transcripts are required to enroll in courses that require a pre-requisite, and must be mailed (no faxes) directly to the Office of Admissions from your current institution.
Official ACT or SAT scores might be needed if you plan to enroll in courses such as English or math and do not have the required prerequisites. Official test scores must be mailed or sent electronically to NSU from ACT or the College Board.

Be sure to contact the Registrar's Office at your current institution to ensure that you enroll in the appropriate course(s) at NSU.
